Shipping times

In most cases we can deliver the product directly from our local warehouse, then you will receive your order within 1 to 3 business days. If we do not have the product in our local warehouse you should expect delivery time between 7 and 14 working days.

However, please note that shipping time may vary based on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as vacations, public holidays there may be slight delays.

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we immediately get to work to ensure it ships as soon as possible. It may take 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and ready for shipment.

Shipping confirmation

After placing your order. you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number so you can track your package.

Cancel or change your order.

Please contact our customer service department within 24 hours if you wish to cancel or change your order.
